Energy and Power Engineering (Four-year Undergraduate Program, Bachelor of Engineering)

The major boasts over 300 enrolled students and 10 full-time teachers, including 4 with vice-senior professional title and above and 1 visiting professor. The major aims to cultivate high-quality application oriented talents as represented by “Energy Saving Engineer” and “Power Management Engineer” endowed with innovation spirit, problem-solving ability and international horizon. The major covers industrial and architectural energy saving technologies. Major courses include Engineering Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, Principle of Boilers, Industrial Boilers, Fuel and Combustion, Furnace Thermal Mechanics and Structure, Auto Control and Thermal Instruments, Energy Saving Technologies, Air Regulation Principles, Refrigeration and Air conditioning Technology, New Energy Technology, Wind and Solar Energy Technology and so on.
